Beautiful country home right outside of Hamburg 19526. A Room Available, is furnished right now, but if you have your own furniture, I can get rid of mine. I'm looking for short-term at first, meaning month to month to see how it goes. Need to have a job, no drama, no parties. I work full time during the day and am usually gone on weekends. For pictures, look at same ad posted on 8/5 under rooms/shares section of Craigslist. Rent includes all utilities, cable, wifi, you would be responsible for your own food. There is a bath that you can use, but if I have company over, it would be used by them also, as well as common areas. Room is approx 10 X 13 with a closet. Can arrange storage if needed. Close to all shopping center and I have good neighbors. Takes about 5 minutes or so to get to I-78 either Hamburg or Shartlesville. I am looking for a NICE and SANE person who has a job. College students OK. I have 2 really cool cats, I do drink, and I do smoke occasionally. To move in you would need 1st month and a $300 security deposit. Month to month lease, credit check required.
