The only utility you will be required to put in your name is electricity. You may also choose to have phone or internet at an additional fee. Desert Shade allows up to two pets under 25 pounds in some units with an additional monthly pet charge of $20 for the one pet and $30 for two pets. An additional pet deposit will be required.
