I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting anytime between January-March and ending August 17, 2012. There will be an opportunity to resign the lease. The apartment is clean, quiet, and bright for 1-2 people. The rent includes heat, water, and trash. Tenant only pays for electricity and internet/cable if desired. The electric bill typically runs between $15--20 per month.The monthly rent is a good price for East Lansing, and the new tenant will have the benefit of keeping last year's price because I originally signed for 2 years (otherwise it would be $650).
