I am moving out of town and my lease goes till JULY 31st. I would like to move anytime in May if possible. Renewal is an option. The rent is $609 plus electricity. Heat is included. The one bedroom apt. is on the very end of the building upstairs. There is storage available for $25 per month. Cats are ok in this building. It is a quiet apt. complex with good neighbors with a view of large swimming pool and has sunny balcony. Grilling out with the neighbors in the yard is a fun time in the summer here. There is a fitness center plus computer/tv room at the office building. There is the Harbor Athletic Club one block and Lake Mendota is one block to dock a boat or fish or just watch the sunsets. There is a nature conservancy near by and a PDQ store, Gino's, strip mall with hardware store/drugstore/liquor store, etc. Several Bus lines. Laundry in building. There is a community garden 5 blocks from here if you are interested in signing up. I have lived here since fall 2009.
