3 br 1 bath mobile homes for rent located in the outskirts of Opelousas just before Sunset. The mobile homes are located in the a quiet country location (outside the city limits) in a restricted mobile home park (we own all of the trailers in it). Beautiful setting with mature trees throught park. The trailers will have a front porch aprox 8x8. We will be fencing the park and putting a coded entry. Our playground is fenced and in it we have a little tykes playground for smaller kids and the playground for older kids 6-12 years old, along with a swing set. sand box and dog run ( no pitbulls or rottweilers allowed in the park ), and picnic areas ( with bbq pits and picnic tables).We also have mailboxes and dumpsters located in the parkAll trailers are around 2008 model with vinyl siding and shingle roofs and are in new conditionPower is with Slemco water is Lewisburg waterThe park is more like a community, we are making everything family oriented and safe for the childrenI am setting up a page on Facebook "Morgan and Morgan Properties LLC" for pictures, i will be posting moreif interested in viewing call Monty 337-319-XXXX or Melanie 337-319-XXXXHwy 178 (google map) (yahoo map)Location: Sunset/Opelousas
