Driving to campus usually takes me 5-8 minutes. The apartment comes fully furnished. The apartment is in a great area with a shopping center, eateries and hospital close by. My roommate is very nice and dedicated to her studies. I am subleasing starting December 20th as I will be graduating in early December and will no longer be living in San Marcos.
