Hi my name is Eden Padayachee, I am a foreign postdoctoral completing my research contract. I am sharing a room in a 2 bed roomed flat at Red Mile Campus Court. I will be leaving on the 30th of June 2020 to South Africa, and I am looking for someone to take over my lease from the 01st of July 2020. I pay 639 USD for my room, which includes furniture and a bed. The amount this excludes electricity, but because I share with another room mate we split the electric bill. I really have a great flatmate too. She is very quiet so if you looking for a nice quiet environment, please contact me.
