My Fiancee and I are looking to sublet our wonderful home in East Ridge, TN. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a fantastic fenced in back yard. We are moving to Wisconsin to take care of my ill grandmother. The location could not be better, it is seconds away from the interstate, right in the middle of downtown Chattanooga and the Hamilton Place Mall Area. This home includes an amazing back deck, Jacuzzi tub, washer and drier connections, dishwasher, an amazing space that we use for a breakfast nook, an open floor plan and much more. It would be ideal for a student, or a couple just starting out. It could be furnished, or if you have your own furniture, we would be more than glad to move our things into storage. If need be, we would even take care of the first month's utilities, seeing as we are in a hurry to tend to our family. We are looking for responsible, well mannered individuals to fill the home with the same love and care as we would if we could be here. Small pets are o.k. It is a cozy home and we would be willing to do any painting or whatever else you might want us to look at before we leave. Serious inquiries only please.
