We are very picky about who we allow in the park, it is a family atmosphere and we like to keep it safe and quiet for everyone. Our playground is private for our park tennants only. While enjoying time at the playground, we have a dog run area for the dogs to run loose and play while the kids play. We are pet friendly but do require a deposit for inside pets.We will be installing a gated entry into the park and fencing the entire park. We have the fence surrounding the playground area and dog run already.The school Zoning is Cankton for lower elementary, Sunset for upper elementary and Beau Chene for high school.Included in the rent is the your lot fee, city water, garbage pickup, grass cutting and lawn maintence, covered mailboxes and use of our private playground and picknic area.
