Lease is up at the end of March 2012 and from there the options will be to resign a month-to-month lease or a new year long lease. The sublet will make re-lease the apartment in your name and will require approval from the management company. Rent is $670.00/month, heat and electric are not included. Washer, dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a 1 car garage with electricity are included in the apartment. Pets are allowed 1 dog or 2 cats at $25.00/pet per month. The $325 security deposit is already paid as well as a $100 non-refundable pet fee and the $100 non-refundable carpet fee. I have lived here for about a year and a half and due to unforeseen circumstances we are looking to relocate separately. I am not asking for any of the security deposit or anything back, I am just looking for someone or a couple of people to take over the lease.
