I bought cottage 5 years ago and put about $30k in the place!EVERYTHING has been re-done. New kitchen ( oven never used in 5 years) New bath, New walls, New floors,New roof, New central heat and AIR!! ,new hot water heater,new insulated windows, propane ventless fireplace , Nice clean walk out basement ( dry )Nice big Covered porch ( new ) Two carports, Several levels of custom deck, new large wood shed.Fire pit. This has never been rented!! This has been my little retreat but no longer use. To small for a family but perfect for a single person wanting to live at lake. Views of lake from deck and living room! Washer/ dryer can stay. Sorry, I'm going to be picky to whom I rent this cottage to! NO SMOKER, Pets are OK BUT size needs to approved. $150.00 NON Refundable pet deposit! Large dog over 40 lbs $250. No section eight ! $1000.00 Sec deposit required. Credit report and references a must! Tenant to pay 1st $75.00 of service call. I'm sure there is cheaper in the area to rent but NONE as nice! "U get what U pay for" Worth the xtra $100 bucks! I pay water and sewer and pest control. ( I have sprayed twice a year.) U pay electric, Cable, propane and must maintain yard. I can send more pics. Home sits on corner and high and dry! No flooding .Note ** Couch, Queen Bed, Dinnett set, kitchen stuff and TV's ( two Flast screen , one is wall mounted in bedroom) are all available for sale!$ .
