I already have a roommate but I need to sign my lease over to someone else. I am no longer a university student. Everything is included in your rent as well. Parking is only $25.00 a month, and a helpful hint: Even with paying for parking rent is still cheaper than living on campus (i'll give you ways to include your rent in your tuition so its not you paying every month!)
