My boyfriend and I are currently in a lease at The Lakes at San Marcos that ends June 2012, that is up for renewal if desired. We recently found out that we are expecting and plan on moving down to Jacksonville as soon as possible to get a new start. Rent is normally $751, but we get a rate of $708 and that stays until the lease is up and if a renewal is done. This is a 1/1 apartment with a sunroom and a private balcony that is 888 sq ft. It is also pet friendly. There is NO SECURITY DEPOSIT!! It's a family oriented community and is really quiet which is pretty hard to find in Tallahassee. It's located in a good area, right down the street from Southwood and is in perfect access to Capital Circle. Utilities are not included, but dont run us anymore than $100 a month and that's with heat on doing during the day and A/C on at night!
