Ten minute 10 drive to the university. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Complex has free gym, well maintained pools, and lots of playground equipment.Dogs and cats allowed, but for a deposit and slightly higher rent. However, so if you are interested, I would consider splitting the pet deposit or some other arrangement.The management will require you to fill out paperwork to assume the lease.
