I can get to either in 15 minutes or lessLocated on the second floor it has a nice deck, with sitting area. My 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom has washer and dryer hookup. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher. The living room is huge with french doors, and the Master bedroom, large enough currently with a queen size bed, has room to walk around and a walk in closet.This unit has two utility bills, DP& L and water, trash, sewage. October's water trash and sewage and basic cable will be covered if lease accepted by the 1st.There is no deposit required, only 50 application fee for credit checkI am looking to move out as soon as possible and for someone to take over at least by October 1 2012.
