I am moving back to my parents' house in Arvada for the summer because of an internship I got in Golden, so my room will be available until the end of July. The house is in a great location, a 10-15 minute walk away from CU campus, Whole Foods (at Baseline and Broadway) and Chataqua Park. The room has carpet floors and it comes with an open closet as well as a wall of large cabinets that are perfect for storage (they are shelved so I use them for clothes instead of a dresser.) There are 3 other tenants in the house. One of them is an undregraduate astrophysics major, another is an undergraduate political science major, and the third is a 26 year old guy who has a full-time job. Everyone is fairly clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to get along with. If the rent is too high I may be willing to help pay some of it because I really need to get this room occupied. You can move in anytime after May 7, as I will be moving out then, and the last day of the lease is July 31. Feel free to email or call 303-917-XXXX with any questions.
