For August occupancy, the 2-bedroom units will range from $770-820 total ($360-$410 per person), including expanded basic cable and wireless internet.SPECIALSGrad students get $150 off their security deposit.Undergrads with 3.5 Cumulative GPA or better get $100 off their security deposit.POLICIESWe screen out the freshmen and most of the sophomores, so our tenants are mostly Juniors and seniors, and a whole bunch of grad students. Who else but Badger Properties can guarantee you the same high-quality neighbors? No one in Auburn, that's for sure. There are several Masters students and 2 PhD students among out 30 units. We also have multiple Dean's list achievers and Presidential Scholarship recipients. How do we know all that? Because we ask. If that wasn't enough, the owner lives on site, and he just finished his Masters in 2010.Sophomores with top notch academic credentials are encouraged to apply, but we generally to lease to Juniors and up because they tend to make quieter neighbors.
