I need someone to take over our lease by January 1st, possibly later if you need. We are moving to a new location and can't stay here. Perfect for a couple (we have lived here for a year and a half) or someone who wants privacy. Rent is $785 and it is an upstairs unit. The bedroom is huge, with walk in closet and washer dryer in unit. We have also upgraded with an accent wall color. The location is perfect, takes 5 minutes to bike from the front door to campus. Deposit is $800 (willing to negotiate if needed) because we have paid the extra $300 for a pet deposit. If you have a pet this is perfect. We have only had our dog for less than a week so far, so you will not need to worry about her causing any extra damage, meaning you will get your deposit back when the lease ends in mid-July. Lots of opportunities from the office to win raffles, they provide free breakfast once a week and lots of fun activities. Gated community, water, garbage are both paid and PG is incredibly cheap.
