People come from all over the world to the very spot this house sits at...to enjoy the most spectacular sunsets..as Cathedral Rock turns to a brilliant crimson color! The property borders Crescent Moon Ranch Park, with free access to the park and all its beautiful trails! Hike to the top of Cathedral Rock, right from the house...walk the creek side trails...or go for a swim in the creek! Perfect for hikers, bikers and nature lovers... Located in one of Sedona's many beautiful vortexes, this house is also the perfect spot for writers, artists, spiritual & metaphysical people alike..anyone looking for inspiration, and/or healing & regeneration!What makes this property unique is the creek and lush greenery combined with the magic of the red rocks! Im subleasing a portion of the main house that includes: the master bedroom, a full kitchen and private entrance to a shared bath. (1 male who is in a private studio in a different portion of the house, but they are not connected, so plenty of privacy)The bedroom has double sliding glass doors that face the creek. You can hear the sounds of the creek inside the house! (see photos) From the bedroom you cross a short hallway to the private entrance to the shared bath. The bathroom has two doors, one from the main house and one from the studio side, so plenty of privacy. It has a full bathtub and shower. **Due to the shared bath, this studio accomodates 1, no exceptions please** From the bedroom, you go through the living room to access the kitchen. This is a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker. There are two, short haired cats that live in the main house. They have free roam of the house but of course you can close the bedroom door if you prefer them not in your room :) They will be taken care of by the gentleman that lives in the studio portion of the house. Of course you are welcome to make friends with them if you like :) **This is a non-smoking, drug free property, both inside and outside. Thank you!**This is a retreat/spiritual home & property, so relatively quiet is required. (simply meaning, no loud music, tv, etc) Thank you! :) Terms: $800 for themonth, plus $100 Security deposit. Includes all utilities, cable tv, wireless internet, use of the landline phone with unlimited long distance calling.
