Need to break my lease, I have 3.5 months remaining (until the end of July). It's 2/2, about 1050 sq.ft; located at the intersection of Semoran and University blvd, Whisper Lake Apartments in Winter Park. it's nice and quiet apt complex, close to Full Sail University, Rollins College, UCF, Barry University. Minutes from I-4 and 417. Spoke to the leasing office, they OK with me subleasing it until the end of July; afterwards tenant has the option to extend the lease. The rent is usually 965 (that includes water bill), but i'm willing to pay the difference just to be able to break my lease, the tenant will be paying $800.
