We love the location as it is close to I-70 or 10 highway bypass. The Apt is very nice and clean and the management is very helpfu.l Our family has just grown out of the space and needs more. The apt is in the Alvadora apt complex. They are only a few years old and very nice. The rent will be 835.00 a month or 855.00 if you want to keep the storage unit as well. There are extra fees if you want a cat or a dog. I do not know how much they are as we didn't have a pet living with us. We are willing to pay the 250.00 deposit and the 90.00 administrative fee. All you would need to do is pay the 45.00/person credit check fee. We are willing to be out of the apt Oct 31st so you can take it over on Nov 1st.
