It is quiet here, plenty of parking and great amenities within walking distance: a swimming beach with lifeguard, picnic areas and boat launch. (it is next to Taughannock Falls State Park) A private covered Patio and large front yard are great for parties and picnics. Many hiking trails up Taughannock Gorge just across the road. Perfect solitude for a graduate student. Heat and electricity are not included in the rent. Your own private clothes washer (I have my own) and canoe, however, are here for your use. Water, septic, lawn care and snow removal included. Plenty of off road parking and not a long walk to the house when bringing in groceries. You would need to purchase garbage tags or remove your own garbage. Recycling is picked up however. Any other utilities (internet and telephone) are optional and at your expense.
