Its very ideal for a family or just a couple of roommates who do not prefer the downtown area. Near by areas include the North Liberty public library and Rec Center, Fareway, The Children's Garden, amazing restaurants, anytime fitness(across the street), core fitness(4 blocks away), and the Coral Ridge Mall is about a 5 minute drive from here. In my case, Cedar Rapids is about a 10 minute drive from here. Penn elementary is just a few blocks away.Sublease will end on Aug. 1, 2014 with the option of renewal. Unfurnished.
