Cookware, dining utensils provided. Please bring linens and towels. House has very efficient Kerosene heat monitors. No Pets and No Smoking. Monthly rate - $850.00 USD, plus kerosene, electricity, and snow removal. A signed lease with first and last months rent required. Refundable $250.00 USD cleaning and security deposit also required.
