The apartment complex offers a 24-hour gym, seasonal pool, tanning booth, sand volleyball court, half-court indoor basketball court, on-site restaurant, among many other amenities and monthly events put on by management. Complex is pet-friendly, has area designated for dogs to play in, and plenty of space to take pets out for walks. There is additional deposit for animals + a monthly fee if you are going to bring a dog or cat.
