We are flexible with the move-in date for you...it can be anytime from Dec. 1st on but no later than Jan. 1st as we will not be able to pay for the apartment AND our new mortgage.This rent is very reasonable to live in Webster Village in a 2 bedroom apartment. There is ample parking and you are allowed to have a cat (with an addional deposit). The unit is on the first floor and has lots of windows and a fireplace (our cat likes both!). Ithas a fridge, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer.It has new berber carpet throughout and new oak kitchen cabinets (our unit is the only one that has these). Livingroom is 12 x 20, Master Bedroom is 10.4 x 13.4 (has walk-in closet and storage closet behind that) and second bedroom is 9 x 11 (has 4 ft closet). There is an 8 x 12 eating area off the kitchen where we have a table with 4 chairs.We are very clean and smoke free. We are going to be taking our furniture, so you must have your own. ***If you rent by Dec. 15th, we will pay for the rest of the month of Dec!
