This is a pet-friendly community, with a beautiful pool, and very close to everything you need. You can be on I295 and I95 within minutes. Within 5 minutes WALKING DISTANCE to Target, Martin, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc. If you come in TODAY and FILL OUT THE APPLICATION, I will pay your first two months rent after you sign the lease! We need to have someone lined up immediately, so this move-in bonus will be given to the first person who gets approved by the leasing office and signs the lease to take over our apartment. Since this is a lease takeover, you will be paying your rent to the front office each month, not to me. I will not give you two month's rent today, I will pay it to the leasing office when you sign the lease, and it takes the office 3 days to approve an application.
