Very nice neighborhood, allows pets, some restrictions apply. Very well kept lawns and gardens. Parks are walking distance and it's just off Good Hope Rd. If you are interested, you can call St. James Place at 414-355-XXXX and ask for Doug, he is very helpful and works with whatever schedule you have to come take a look at the place. I am looking for someone to take over my lease by August 1st or sooner, whichever works out for the both of us. Please respond ASAP if you are looking and are interested!!
