Charming house in South Eugene on Center Way. Located only a few miles from the U of O in a quiet neighborhood with lots of hiking trails very close by. I'm looking for a responsible renter to rent my furnished house from November through April although the exact move in and move out dates are somewhat flexible. The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom and nearly 1000 square feet including the rest of the house. There is no garage although there may be room for limited storage in a large shed. The house is located in a culdesac on Center Way and the bus stop is just outside the culdesac. The back yard has a fence that borders the Amazon trail and Amazon Creek. The kitchen will have everything you would need. There will be one high quality queen size futon bed and in the other room I can arrange for a king size bed if necessary. There are comfortable leather couches in the living room. There is a new ductless heating system that costs much less in utility bills and works extremely well. All applicants will need to supply three references. Once a renter is approved the house will be handed over to a professional rental company in Eugene called Acorn Property Management. Rental will be month to month or for the full six months.
