I have a huge house available for lease during SXSW!It's a neat old house that sits on top of Capitol Hill near downtown Austin.We just recently moved into the place and have not quite settled in... so there are boxes in the upstairs screened in porch waiting to be unpacked that can be moved out if you like.Other than that we don't really have much in the house yet besides a big screen tv loaded with all the movie channels and WiFi Internet.Of course we have a full kitchen with everything you need to cook and prepare most any meal you might want.What we can offer you is this:1. Four upstairs bedrooms with brand new mattresses and bedding as you need... if you want two twin beds in each room you got it... if you want a king in each room, you've got that too.2. Two large rooms downstairs that can be closed off and used as two additional bedrooms also with new mattresses and bedding as you need them.3. Basement apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen, also bedded as you need them.The carpet is in ok condition... it's not great but it will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.We will provide an abundance of new clean towels for your use.There is a washer and dryer available.A driver with a van is available on call 24/7 for an additional $250 a day, he can pick you up and drop you off at the airport and run you back and forth to SXSW and show you around town.This is a huge old house with lots of history... it'll take you a couple days to figure the layout... it's like a maze with hiding places everywhere, there is even an elevator and access to the basement from inside the house.It'd be a cool place to shoot a video... there is even a cool LONG room in the basement that could be used for band practice.We can offer you 8 rooms in total... two kitchens... four bathrooms... three tub/showers.All of this just blocks from SXSW!All for $2000 a day!This won't last long, you just can't find eight rooms all together here in Austin for SXSW.We may even get the swimming pool up and running and heated by March.... no guarantees though, it needs a lot of work.$2000 deposit via paypal or wire transfer secures your reservation.... balance due on arrival.Contact Chuck at 281-905-XXXX for any additional questions.West Avenue at 15th street (google map) (yahoo map)cats are OK - purrrdogs are OK - wooofLocation: West Avenue and 15th street!
