Fundamental cable television and internet supplied in addition to all utilities. I am connected to the major residence by a corridor that houses the hot water heater and utility room (you will have access to washer and dryer). The walls are well insulated and it is very quiet. I have a different entrance and a personal patio. There is off street parking. My washroom doesn't have a bath tub, however has a nice shower, toilet and vanity. My floors have Italian tile and are easy to clean. The ideal individual will certainly have access to the beautiful swimming pool and medspa location that is part of the main house. I am found on Shadow Mountain Golf Course off of Grapevine Street. The main residence is occupied by two older adults and their well acted, friendly canines Henry and Pipi. You have to be a non smoker, utilized and have impeccable references.
