My wife and I are tyring to sublet our apartment ASAP until our lease ends Sept. 30. It is located at QUAKERTOWN APARTMENTS off of Southwestern Blvd. We have a son and a baby on the way so we have outgrown the place. Unfortunatley, we were unable to get a mortgage but found another place that we have to move into by April 1st. We are looking for someone to finish out our lease so we don't face a heavy penalty. The rent is $900 and the apartment includes heat and water. Electric is usually low ($30-50), but closer to $100 if you run the central air in the summer. It is a first floor apartment with pay washer and dryer at end of the hall.The garage is good size. It will definitley fit a car or a smaller SUV. My guess is the garage measures 10'x15'. Also included in the rent is full access to the swimming pool as well as a basketball and tennis court and small playground. Its butted up to a great neighborhood with wide streets to walk/ride on. The maintainence is amazing here. Parking lot is always plowed and fix any problem the day of the call.The dates of the sublet is from April 1st to September 30, 2012. There is an application process as well as a security deposit required by the property company. The price is $900 per month. At the end of the lease you may renew, or move out.
