Spare room unfurnished, hard wood floors, crown molding, lots of windows and natural light, closet space, plenty of wall power jacks. Apt includes fireplaces, high ceilings, large balcony, parking, W/D in kitchen, walk to MUSC, Colonial Lake, the Battery, restaurants, gorgeous window views and surrounding homes. I currently have very little furniture after travel nursing in California the last year and very recently returning to Charleston.... so no clutter/feeling as if you're crashing in someone else's place. I move in this Saturday. Would love to share this space with someone MUSC affiliated, or hard working, but laid back and friendly at the home scene! No pets allowed per landlord.
