This is a 2 BR, 2 bath apartment with dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, smooth top range, granite countertops, deck, central air conditioning and 24-hour emergency maintenance. The facility has a small workout area and a small swimming pool. Residents pay electric, water and sewage. This is a relet (Not to be confused with a sublet. This is a 1 year, new lease). My wife and I are moving out of state for work and need to end our lease early. To do so we need to find a tenant to replace us. The rent is $925 a month with an intial $950 security deposit. I am willing to pay $500 of that security deposit if we can get someone to sign a lease before June 1st. Your lease would be signed through Metro Property Management and you would deal directly with them. The apartment was brand new when we moved in on October 20th.
