No loud partying, no fighting. It is peaceful. Drexel is Exit 107 off I-40, convenient to Hickory, Valdese, and Morganton. The interior is clean and cozy Homes feel like new inside. WE PROVIDE: 2 bedrooms 1 bath, central air/heat, refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer hookup, water, outside storage unit, and trash pickup. Rent can be paid weekly ($95), every other week ($190), or monthly ($410) to coincide with your paycheck. Homes are UNLOCKED between 7 am - 8 pm and CAN BE VIEWED WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT BETWEEN 7 AM - 8 PM. DIRECTIONS: From I-40 take exit 107, cross bridge, at Rt 70 intersection with light and O'reilys Auto Parts on the corner, pass South Main Street for 3.3 miles (if coming from 70 turn onto South Main Street). Turn Right on Oakland for 1/2 mile. (you will pass Autumn Care on the left) then turn Left on Bryant Road for 3/4 mile. As soon as you pass a rusty white school bus on your left you will see the park on the left. The park has a long road that dips down and then up. The address is 415 Bryant Road. Homes for rent on the left: #8 on the right: #4. If you have questions feel free to call me at 828 408 XXXX. Application fee $10 per adult (non refundable). Proof of income, photo ID, and rental references needed. DEPOSITS: Security Deposit is $100 (minimum). Power is through the Town of Drexel. That's the only utility you would have to pay! One pet is o.k, pet deposit is $80.
