My wife and I need to sublet our first floor, two bedroom apartment at Cape Cod Apartments in Morton, IL. Other two bedroom/two bathroom units in this complex are $1149/mo. This one is $981/mo. Deposit is $400. Dogs and Cats are allowed with additional pet rent of usually $25 per pet. Reserved Covered Parking is available for $25 per spot/month. We currently have the two closest spaces available that you can take over if you like. Otherwise you'll need to use the unreserved, uncovered parking.The unit includes all stainless steel appliances except for the included washer and dryer that are white. It has an open floorplan with a beautiful view of the 12 acre lake just off the deck, 9 foot ceilings, two walk-in closets and two full bathrooms.The complex has a pool, kiddie pool, weight/fitness room (with treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, nautilus, free weights and others), pool table, table shuffleboard, pet grooming room (with pet shower) and tanning bed room all free of charge for residents. It also has two outside fireplaces with a large table under a pergola for residents. The lake is stocked and fishing is encouraged. I have personally seen albino catfish, grass carp and small mouth bass. My children and I love catching the bluegill there also.Our current lease is up the beginning of May, 2012. We are planning on moving out near Thanksgiving but we can be out sooner if need be. We can also leave a leather couch with two reclining seats and a full size bed with headboard, foot board, mattress and box spring. They can also be removed if you like.Call Erik at 309-838-XXXX.
