Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease by March 30th. The 1 bedroom/ 1 bath on the top floor is located at Accent Morningside Apts. My lease is valid until July 27, 2020 and the base rent is $1506. With water, sewer, valet trash, it usually comes up to $1536 per month. I will consider moving out early if I find someone who is serious. So then you can enjoy living in the unit rent free until April 1st. :) To qualify you must make 3x the monthly rent and apply at the leasing office and be approved by the office. You must pass all the background checks. You will have to pay the application fee of $75. And if you have to pay a deposit, that will depend on your credit application and what comes back on it. I would like to disclose that I had two free months in my lease. If you break the lease before July 27,2020, you will have to pay back the concessions of $3,052. Plus one months rent of $1,506. A little information about the property. It s located on Cheshire Bridge RD. Located near 85, and close to downtown, Lindbergh, Buckhead, Midtown, Morning-side. This unit has a large walk in closet, washer and dryer, dishwasher, all hardwood floors. The view is facing Cheshire Bridge RD. At night you can see the Buckhead skyline. There is a 24/7 gym located on the first floor. A rooftop lounge area, dog wash room, bike room, 2 elevators, gated access, 1 parking spot with decal. Visitor parking near the pool and back of parking lot. If you have two cars you will have to get an additional parking pass. Please only contact me if you are serious about moving forward and that you can afford it. Don t waste my time or yours.
