However, at this time, the property is accepting applications for the waitlist on a first-come first-serve basis. An announcement will be made on this website should the waiting list close.The name draw to form the Aeroterra Phase III waitlist is underway. Once the waitlist is complete, the process of contacting applicants will begin on Monday, September 26th. All applicants who participated in the lottery should allow two weeks from that date to be notified of their placement on the waitlist. To lease the units available, property management staff will contact applicants in the order in which they were placed on the waitlist, applying program guidelines, income qualifications, and occupancy standards.
