Sublease available at The Landing for a 1 private bed/bath in a 4 br/ba apartment from May 2018 - July 2018. I am graduating and starting a new job in another location in May so I am cutting a deal for this apartment as I need it subleased. I am willing to pay the first month's rent (if you pay the subleasing fee). I am also willing to pay 200$ for each subsequent month towards rent (June/July). My roommates(3 other guys) will all be staying in their hometowns this summer so you will have the apartment all to yourself. Altogether, you would only pay a subleasing fee, and 400$ a month for rent (ALL utilities included and furnished!) for 3 months for a 1,431 sq. foot apartment. The normal rate is 600$ all inclusive, but you would only be paying 400$ with the first month free of 3.
