It is a quick walk to the stadium - perfect for gamedays, and is about five minutes from campus, and there is a free shuttle bus available. Units have been recently remodeled and are fully furnished, including bedroom furniture! Rent rate includes trash, pest control, lawn care, cable, and internet. All you are responsible for paying is electricity and water, if the rate is over the $30.00 cap. The complex also offers a new fitness center, basketball and tennis courts, coffee bar, on-site parking, free printing, and much more. The best part is, you don't have to move into my specific apartment! All you have to do is agree to relet for me, and you can move into any apartment within the complex!
