Hello all! I am in search for a male or female subleasor for my apartment starting ASAP. I WILL PAY YOUR $180 SUBLEASOR APPLICATION FEE. The name of the apartment complex is University Crossing apartments located at 2215 College Ave. Manhattan, Kansas 66502. It is right across the street from the Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium. The current rent rate is $299/mo for a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom and $439/mo for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. The apartments are clean, and very modern, with a great maintenance crew! My lease ends on August 2nd, 2018. The only utilities that you will be responsible for is electricity and water and the average for both is about $50 per month. The rent rate includes cable, internet, trash, pest control, snow removal, and lawn care. If you would like wireless internet you are responsible for providing your own router. You DO NOT have to live in the same apartment I lived in, all you must do is agree to be my subleasor and you can move into any apartment within the complex.
