This house is in walking distance of 3rd ward, Water Street, Down Town, and the East Side. You would have your own bathroom and bed room(suite style). Typical space and kitchen area shared with a roomie, who is extremely clean and respectful. I am transferring to be closer to task. Felines allowed. Apartment is $600 a month with water and cable television consisted of. I am willing to offer a $200 discount rate for the first month. Underground parking offered for an added $100 a month. The lease goes till December 31, 2015 and I am looking for somebody to move in ASAP.
