I've been residing in this houses for 2 semesters now and I can just say great things about it! The workers at the office are always really kind and all set to assist you with whatever you require, and if they can not help you, you can constantly simply walk to the upkeep people and they will certainly get it for you. It takes 15 minutes to get to school and 10 minutes to get from school to the condo. I truly suggest this apartment, I'm truly sad that I need to go due to the fact that I'll miss it loads. The space I'm putting for sublease is in a 4-room apartment and I didn't have any roomies another girl however this term might be being available in next semester.Reveille Ranch has a huge swimming pool area, 4 study/conference spaces, a computer lab with 6 Windows computer systems and one Apple, a fitness center completely equipt, a swimming pool table, a ping pong table, a beach volleyball court, a hang out location with a big TELEVISION and sofas for the football games, a table soccer and parking space.The lease would begin on the 5th of January and end on the 25th of May. The energies are fairly cheat because it's technically in Bryan (by barely a mile), I pay about $40 dollars a month cause I'm always in your home and using the lights to study till late ours. Over all, I 'd say this is the very best you can find in College Station - Bryan for your moneys worth.
