Needing a subleaser for my room in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment starting in January 2018 to July 2018. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from campus on Anderson and a 10-minute walk from Aggieville. The rent is $375/month plus electricity and internet, but the last month's rent is free if all other monthly payments are on time! The apartment is a bit cozy but it is freshly painted, has plenty of closet space, refurbished kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, the building has its own washer and dryer, and a private parking lot. Roommate is pretty quiet and spends most of his time on-campus. The apartment is also mostly furnished as long as my current roommate is there, but the bedroom is not.
