The Apartment is fully furnished--bedroom includes XL full size bed, desk, dresser, closet, and private bathroom. The living room includes couches and a coffee table. There is also a dining area off of the living room with a table and chairs, and a washer and dryer in the hallway. The complex has many amenities, including a gym, a student center with computers and printers, a tanning bed, a game room with TVs and a pool table, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a pool and spa, and a shuttle that gives free transportation to and from Sac State campus (5 minutes away) at half hour intervals.I currently live with three other girls, who are all really nice. I enjoyed living there, but I'm moving right now so I was hoping to find someone to take over my lease. The lease goes through July, so I'm looking for someone to take it over until then (it can be renewed in July if you want to stay!). The room is not coed, so a female is needed to take over my lease. The room is available immediately! February rent is already paid for, but I am willing to prorate it if you would like to move in before March.The complex is called the Element.
