Looking for female roommate to share a beautiful and renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, except your bedroom, including an upgraded kitchen with dishwasher, large closet spaces, and a washer and dryer in unit. Your bedroom consists of two large closets with a private bathroom with tub. There is a large living room, dining room and kitchen with all updated appliances. The apartment also has a large private balcony. It is located towards the back of the community so it is quite and secluded. The complex has a gym, a pool, and a separate hang out room with pool tables. The complex offers parking both above ground and garage parking as well as a shuttle service to the Pentagon City Metro. One block away is a large park with tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a TON of parking spaces. 1 mile to the Air Force Memorial, .5 miles to Giant/Starbucks/CVS/Restaurants. I am a mid-20 year old female who works in downtown Arlington. I love to hangout with friends on the weekends, and relax as well as go into DC to visit the museums and get amazing brunch :) I've lived in this apartment for a year, but my roommate needed to suddenly move back home so I am desperate to keep this amazingly affordable and updated apartment. I am open to a 6 month lease as well as a 8 month lease to complete the lease agreement. Rent- $1200Utilities- Have run between $40 and $120, during the winter the heat is barely neededCable- Currently $60, but I am looking to downgrade this to not have cable...despite this awesome 65" HD TV I have.... whompParking- If you have a car, parking is $60 a monthPlease let me know if you have ANY question about the apartment :) Thanks!! Don't mind the bedroom pictures with the furniture, my roommate is still moving out. But ask you can see it fits a large queen bed and a desk just nice. The room will be cleaned prior to your arrival!
