I have a large almost 900 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment and I am looking for someone to take out my lease as soon as possible. I am a graduate student at WMU and my husband has gotten into a PhD program at MSU, and I am moving to Lansing as soon as possible.The rent is $640, but this apartment has many perks:Heat, water, trash, snow removal included!Electricity bill is an average of $20 monthly, even in the winter. Can't beat that!2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms: Perfect for two best friends, a couple, small family, or two buddies who want to room together in a safe and secure environment, and still have their own privacy.It is extremely close to campus: On bus route to WMU and less than 1 mile away from major stores such as Wal-Mart, Meijer, Rue 21, Marshalls, McDonalds, Target, Subway, the mall etcBus #7, #14 and #21 runs every 25 -30 mins, takes 3 mins on bus to get to campus.Very spacious rooms, almost 1000 sqft in total apartment!Bus stop in both directions are right outside apartment complex.Laundry is on the same floor, only 9 other rooms use it so it is virtually free 24/7.Each bedroom has it's own door for privacy. The two bedrooms are also located on opposite ends of the 1000sq apartment, screams privacy :)Open floor layout plan for spacious feelBeautiful kitchen (Management placed a new fridge in the apartment!)Free Parking!I am looking for awesome person(s) as soon as possible. The apartment is clean, tidy, cool in the summer, toasty in the winter.
