I would prefer someone who is in grad school or a working professional-but I am flexible.The apartment is in excellent condition newly remodeled completely decorated and fully furnished with fairly new hardwood floors, upright piano, just about every kitchen appliance and gadget, all you would need to supply is furniture for your bedroom...i could provide desk, dresser, & bed if preferred (Most caged pets ok). The room to be rented in pictured below and it is a great size with a closet. Must be cat friendly... I have 1 indoor kitty. My Renters insurance also covers everything you bring to the apt, free of charge with lease. Washer & Dryer along with storage available downstairs.
