Looking for quiet mature persons to rent this lot, no barking dogs, loud music, etc. Must be neat and tidy, responsible and enjoy the outdoors! Lot is available now through Thanksgiving. I turn the water off for December-February, the lot can still be rented at a discount price during these months but there is no running water then. Regular rent is $575/month, includes the septic, water and up to $50/month of electric.
