She is very quite, responsible, keeps to herself, and keeps things clean. The Metropole apartments are a wonderful place to live! Management is on top of everything, any maintenance is done either that day or early the next. I am looking to sublet ASAP, rent is $850 a month, trash and water included. The only utility you pay is electric which is never over $20. Big washer and dryer in unit. Covered gated parking is included with a nightly security guard.
